GHLA, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Architectural Intern – Positions available for individuals with a working knowledge of AutoCAD.  In addition to AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is also preferred.  The primary responsibility of the position is drafting, supporting design development, and construction document production.  Candidate must be a self-starter, a highly motivated critical thinker, and able to work within a collaborative team environment.  This position provides opportunities for involvement in many aspects of project development.

Architectural Intern (Project Leader) – Position requires 3 to 6 years of experience with project development and construction document preparation, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.  In addition to AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is also preferred.  An ideal Candidate will have the ability to lead the development of Construction Documents under the guidance of a Project Manager.  Candidate must be team oriented with strong communication skills for effective coordination with other team members, project consultants, Contractors, AHJ’s, and Clients.  This position requires periodic overnight travel.

Project Manager – Position requires 8 to 10 years of experience with project development, construction document preparation, construction administration, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.  In additional to AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is also preferred.  Candidate must be a highly motivated critical thinker, with excellent communication skills, and able to work independently.  Responsibilities include supporting design development, managing document production and construction administration, and facilitating high level communications with Clients, Contractors, and Local AHJ’s.  This position requires periodic overnight travel.

Construction Administrator – Position requires 3-6 years of experience with project development and construction document preparation and a working knowledge of AutoCAD. In additional to AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is also preferred.  The candidate must be team oriented with strong communication skills for effective coordination with other team members, project consultants, Contractors, AHJ’s, and Clients. This position requires periodic overnight site visits to ensure conformance with construction documents, responding to contractor’s questions, reviewing project submittals and shop drawings, and managing field coordination as needed.
